Practice Model: Join an established physician alongside APPs operating as part of a strong team with specialty support. Technology: Fully integrated Epic electronic medical record across the health system. Referral Base: Robust primary care referral network ensuring consistent patient volume and continuity of care. Qualifications MD/DO from an accredited medical school Accredited Pulmonary Fellowship Program completion Candidates at all career stages are encouraged to apply, including new graduates and experienced physicians, with support and resources tailored to individual experience. Minimum Salary Range: $385,000 | Maximum Salary Range: $436,667+ *The referenced pay range represents GLPP's reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position. The pay range may include potential incentive-based compensation for achievement of quality or length of service metrics, if any are offered for the position.
