Position Highlights

• Specialty: Psychiatry
  • Open to experienced providers or new graduates (Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of completing residency)
• Position Location: Gouverneur Hospital
• Schedule: Flexibility in schedule to meet a 40-hour work week with no after-hours call
• Practice Setting: Primarily providing outpatient services with some inpatient hospital consults during regular business hours
  • Psychiatrists will see patients 5+ years of age to geriatric
  • Oversight of Detox Clinic including detox consults
• EMR: Epic
• Team Structure: Collaboration with seasoned PHMNP's and NP's as well as other Physicians within the RRH system
• Opportunities for leadership, mentorship, and program development available

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range of $308,000 - $400,700*

* Pay Summary
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and may be eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts. In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
