Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: The incumbent serves as a psychiatrist delivering comprehensive psychiatric care within the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) treatment program and the Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (RRTP) at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center. The psychiatrist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) team to provide evidence-based assessment and treatment of a broad range of substance use disorders. The position includes the option for virtual work from a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), subject to approval and space availability, though in-person services at the Chillicothe VA are preferred.
