Required Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice. Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB Preferred Qualifications 2 years' experience in value-based care or managing high-acuity geriatric patients.
