Mass General Brigham Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a flexible per diem opportunity within our Primary Care Float Pool. This highly skilled team of clinicians provides essential support across our practices, helping maintain continuity of care during unexpected callouts, extended leaves, planned vacations, and staffing vacancies. Our North Shore practice locations include Beverly, Danvers, Lynn, Marblehead, Peabody, Rowley, Salem, Saugus, and Swampscott.
What You’ll Do
- Provide both compassionate and thorough care for patients as needed.
- Work closely with a dynamic multidisciplinary group—including nurses, care coordinators, and specialists—to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.
- Utilize advanced healthcare technology and tools, such as the integrated EPIC EMR system for efficient documentation and communication, in-basket management support for better workflow, and after-hours call services to uphold consistent care and assistance for patients and families.
