Candidates should feel confident managing complex reconstructive cases, including facial fracture repair, flap reconstruction, and microsurgical techniques. A fellowship in craniofacial surgery and/or microsurgery is welcome but not required. This position also includes opportunities to teach and supervise residents from the Johns Hopkins/University of Maryland Plastic Surgery Residency Program, contributing to their surgical training and clinical development.
