Qualifications:
· Experienced plastic surgeon, at least 3 years preferred, seeking a high‑growth, high‑support environment
· Residency‑trained in Plastic Surgery; microvascular reconstruction fellowship is a plus
· Strong passion for breast reconstruction and interest in contributing to a focused microvascular caseload
· Excited by a practice mix of 90% general plastic surgery and 10% microvascular work
· Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting and enjoys cultivating trusted referral relationships
