The work assignment may include Primary Care Clinic and/or Women's Health Care. Duties and Responsibilities include: The physician will be responsible for delivery of primary care to patients enrolled in the GCVHCS. Responsible for managing assigned panel of patients in an outpatient setting. The provider will manage scheduled and unscheduled patients in a clinic setting at the medical center. Document patient care, complete administrative duties and clinical reminders accurately and timely. Works effectively within a team environment contributing to the effectiveness of the team to deliver safe, cost effective, quality, timely, and patient-focused care. May be responsible to clinically supervise and teach residents and students from affiliated medical schools. Manage multiple task priorities and productively contributes to the health care delivery team and improving access within assigned clinic patient panel. Provide clinical oversight and review the care provided by midlevel practitioners. Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm or Monday- Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm and may be determined upon selection.
