Your Role & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive Primary Care to seniors Collaborate daily with interdisciplinary team. Document in Athena EMR. Participate in on-call rotation (limited) Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient facing time and general administrative time. You will work on-site, in an outpatient office setting Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Graduate of accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university Board Certification or Eligible (ABMS or AOA) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine Current and unrestricted medical license or willing to obtain a medical license in state of practice Demonstrate a high level of skill with interpersonal relationships and communications with colleagues/patients Preferred Qualifications Active and unrestricted DEA license Medicare and Medicaid Provider Number 2+ years of experience 2+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage Patients Knowledge of Medicare standards Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators Additional Information TB Statement This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $255,000 - $298,500 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
