We are looking for a Clinical Advisor who is a true subject matter authority—one of the top national experts in perimenopause and menopause care. This role is critical to supporting our fast-growing clinician team and ensuring exceptional, safe, and timely care for our patients.

What You’ll DoServe as the go-to clinical expert for clinician questions and escalations (30 min response time)
Support patient care, including escalated and DEA-required visits
Review time-sensitive patient cases, labs, and inbox items
Identify clinical trends and share insights with leadership
Participate in Doc of the Day coverage
Help refine and support Midi’s clinical guidelines and care protocols
Partner with the Medical Director on clinical quality, education, and safety
Board Certified MD/DO
Minimum 5+ years of advanced, specialized perimenopause/menopause care (expert level required)
5+ years recent direct patient care
2+ years telehealth experience
Minimum 5 active state licenses; willing to expand to become licensed in all 50 states
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and tech proficiency
100% virtual work, anywhere in the U.S.
