Quality Improvement: direct continuous measurement and improvement of quality of care. Create strategic partnerships with VHA facility program directors, service line chiefs, and community organizations. Collaborate with other Primary Care Service Chiefs, VISN leadership, VA Central Office staff, and VA leadership. Human Resources Management: participate in selection of team members, oversee recruitment, provide supervision, and assure appropriate actions in promotions, selections, rewards, recognition, training, and problem resolution. Team Building: develop a strong interdisciplinary team; provide clinical input and oversight for patient treatment plans. Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.
