Excellent opportunity!  This active hospital employed practice, seeks a Fellowship Trained Breast Surgeon BE/BC physician to add to their Southeast Michigan based multidisciplinary practice locations aligned with the CHMGE Hospitals including Royal Oak, Grosse Pointe and Troy. You will be an employed physician, with knowledgeable practice management professionals assisting in day-to-day operations and take advantage of the resources and referral base of the larger Corewell Health in Southeast Michigan system! The practice has a longstanding history of excellence in the community. 

The Breast Care Center maintains top-ranking in-patient satisfaction scores and features digital mammography, tomosynthesis, 3-D imaging, stereotactic and ultrasound-guided breast biopsies, breast ultrasound, bone density and a breast care nurse navigator to help patients feel.  The Farmington Hills Breast Care Center is designated as a Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology.  The breast team has breast dedicated medical oncologists, advanced practice providers, nurse navigators, breast radiologists, genetic counselors, nutritionists, research nurses and financial navigators.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or eligible in General Surgery
  • Fellowship-trained in Breast Surgery
  • Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a persuasive communicator who is empathetic and a respectful listener who can create an atmosphere that allows individuals to flourish within the context of the department
  • Must be able to obtain an unrestricted license in Michigan

Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital: In response to the health care needs of a growing community, in 1977, Corewell Health East opened a new189-bed hospital on rural farmland in Troy.
