We welcome applicants who are BC/BE in Anesthesiology or PM&R that have completed a Pain Medicine fellowship or equivalent training/experience in Chronic Pain. This is a unique opportunity to practice within an integrated health care system that emphasizes multidisciplinary care, physician leadership, innovation, and collaboration. The position offers a blend of chronic pain management and interventional procedures, with opportunities to help shape and expand pain services based on individual expertise and regional needs. The Chronic Pain Clinic is located on the Kaiser Permanente San Rafael campus in beautiful Marin County, just north of San Francisco. Fluoroscopy-based procedures are performed at our Petaluma campus, approximately 25-30 minutes from San Rafael. You will join a well-established multidisciplinary pain management program supported by an integrated care team. Our collaborative care model focuses on comprehensive, patient-centered treatment utilizing a biopsychosocial approach to chronic pain management.
