Details : Setting: inpatient hospital medicine for pediatric patients Duties/description: 8 physicians on staff 150-180 PICU admits per year (average per shift is 3-5) 200-260 intermediate admits per year (average per shift is 2-7) Support staff: ICU team, 1 clinical nurse specialist, ancillary staff: child life, pastoral services, nutrition, social services, PT/OT, speech, pediatric sedation service in place Schedule: Day shifts are 7am-5pm, night shifts are 5pm-7am; needing coverage for Dec/Jan and beyond Credential in 60-90 days Required Must be board certified or eligible in pediatric medicine or pediatric hospital medicine Active IL license or IMLC accepted Maintain and active and unrestricted DEA license Benefits : Competitive salary - Weekly paychecks Travel/lodging reimbursements may be covered 100% of malpractice insurance covered
