Job Details Location: Texas Start Date: Jan 5, 2026 LOA: 60 days Provider Type Needed: Pediatric Hospitalist Schedule: Week on/week off; 24-hour on-call from home; Full-time (20 shifts/month) or Part-time (10 shifts/month) Responsibilities and Duties Provide care for pediatric patients on a inpatient floor Respond to emergency department consultations for pediatric cases Deliver newborn couplet care with neonatal nurse practitioner support No nursery call or rounds required; NICU coverage is managed separately Additional Information Board certification in Pediatric Hospital Medicine required (no board-eligible candidates accepted) Must have an active TX license or IMLC eligibility At least 6 months of recent clinical experience in pediatric hospital medicine required Cannot accept providers inactive clinically for more than 1 year Prescreen questionnaire and CV in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained are required Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
