Clinical Responsibilities: Engage in diverse clinical responsibilities, including Level II nursery and well newborn nursery (for Med-Peds trained physicians), daily rounding, admissions, discharges, vent management, intubation, central line placement, and thoracentesis. Structured Schedule: Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with a 7 on 7 off rotation, working from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with 2 night shifts every other week. This structured approach allows for optimal work-life balance. ICU Coverage: Benefit from a well-established system where the ICU is covered by pulmonary critical care physicians from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The hospitalist team takes over nights and weekends.
