Position Highlights- Specialty: Pediatrics
- Open to experienced providers or new graduates (Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of completing residency)
- Position Location: Canton-Potsdam Hospital - Canton Pediatrics Practice or Potsdam Pediatrics Practice
- Schedule: Flexibility in schedule to meet a 40-hour work week
- Practice Setting: Outpatient pediatrics with newborn and pediatric inpatient rounding and call
- Call Requirement is one 24-hour hospital only call per week (5p-5p) and 1:4 to 1:6 weekend hospital-only call
- EMR: Epic
- Team Structure: Collaboration with St. Lawrence Region Physicians, APPs and clinical support staff as well as other RRH System Physicians and providers
- Opportunities for mentorship available

Pay SummaryThe listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
