Faculty appointment to UMass-Chan Baystate. • Baystate Children’s Hospital is a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center with 107-beds and includes the region’s only PICU and NICU, as well as pediatric inpatient services, child life specialists, a designated 24-hour pediatric ED and services from 11 pediatric subspecialties, pediatric surgery and child psychiatry. • Qualifications: ABMS board certified pediatrics. • Our compensation package consists of a base salary of between $187,900- $315,000 (based on 1.0 FTE, experience level and qualifications) and annual incentive bonus opportunities.
