Manage acute and chronic ventilation, perform intubations, insert central and arterial lines, among other procedures. Engage in comprehensive pediatric care management, involving conscious and deep sedation, intubations, and interpretation of medical imaging and EKGs. Cover shifts as required during the specified period, ensuring comprehensive pediatric care delivery during all assigned call times. Qualifications Pediatric Residency completed. Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics. Active medical license and DEA. Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP are mandatory. Preferred proficiency in HFNC procedures and various specialized pediatric skills (e.g., ventilation management, intubations). Working Hours 24-hour beeper call (8:00 AM - 8:00 AM), Monday-Friday. Coverage required for the entire duration of the assignment. Skills Expertise in non-invasive and invasive ventilation management. Ability to interpret X-rays and EKGs. Skilled in performing advanced pediatric procedures such as intubations, lumbar puncture, and chest tube insertion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working in multidisciplinary teams.
