Questions to ask the employer

  • Is $250,000–$400,000 base salary only, or expected total compensation including bonus and productivity?
  • The posted range is wide — what specifically places a candidate at the top versus the bottom of it?

  • At 0.5 FTE, how do compensation, benefits, and call scale — and is moving to 1.0 FTE an option later?
