The 135 bed regional hospital cares for children across five counties and is the only children's hospital between Tampa and Miami. The hospital features a 36-bed medical/surgical unit, a 16-bed PICU, and a 70-bed NICU with 24/7 neonatology coverage. Position Information Lee Physician Group & Golisano Children's Hospital is seeking a board-certified Physician to be our Medical Director of Pediatric Primary Care. This is a hybrid role with a mix of both Administrative (50%) and Clinical (50%). The role will be responsible for providing professional guidance and oversight to pediatric primary care physicians and advanced practice providers while focusing on excellence in care delivery, performance on value-based contracts, delivering an exceptional patient experience, implementation of best practices and monitoring quality metrics performance for the growing group of 30+ physicians and advanced providers providing pediatric primary care at 8-offices across the region.
