The next Chief will have a unique opportunity to reimagine neonatal and perinatal care delivery, expand the Division's academic impact, and position Duke as a national leader in advancing the health and well-being of infants and families.

The successful candidate will lead a nationally recognized Division of Neonatology while helping to define and build the future of children's healthcare through the development of the North Carolina Children's Hospital, an ambitious collaboration poised to transform pediatric care, research, education, and innovation for generations to come.

The successful candidate will hold an MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree, be board-certified in Neonatology, and be eligible for medical licensure in the State of North Carolina.
