Rounding with out of house call from home ASAP Start up to 15 shifts per month Coverage Includes: 6-bed inpatient pediatric floor ED consults Newborn couplet care (with NNP support) No nursery call or rounds -NICU coverage is separate Subspecialty Support: Pediatric Pulmonology, Endocrinology, and Cardiology on-site Pediatric Ortho and Surgery (adult) Access to UAB subspecialists for consults Qualifications BC Pediatrics AL license required or IMLC Minimum 1 Year experience Benefits and Compensation Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.
