LAKE REGION MEDICAL GROUP, P.A. PATHOLOGIST, & LAB MEDICAL DIRECTORSHIP OPPORTUNITY IN FERGUS FALLS, MN:
Lake Region Medical Group, P.A. (LRMG) is currently seeking Pathologist to join their team. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5-10 years of post-residency work experience and must be board certified in AP/CP and be comfortable with IHC. Candidates should be committed to providing outstanding service in all aspects of community based clinical and anatomic pathology. Therefore, flexibility and strong training are a must. Candidates should also have excellent communication skills and the ability and desire to interact with medical center physicians and advanced practice providers, hospital administration, outpatient office physicians and staff, and laboratory staff.
In addition, subspecialty training in hematopathology is required. Candidates should possess solid diagnostic skills in bone marrow & lymph node pathology, and must be comfortable grossing all specimen samples and performing frozen sections.
EMR SYSTEM: EPIC
QUALIFICATIONS:
Medical degree (MD or DO) and completion of an accredited residency required.
Board certification highly preferred; board eligibility required
Active Minnesota Medical License & DEA upon hire
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
Base compensation salary is guaranteed starting at $475,000.00/year for the first 2 years of employment, plus the opportunity to earn additional income based on production hours worked (wRVU's).
