We invite applications for a board-certified or board-eligible Head and Neck Surgeon to join our team in Portland, Oregon. Our ideal candidate will provide high-quality, comprehensive care as a head and neck surgeon. Fellowship training is not required; endocrine experience/training is a plus.

What You Can Expect
Teaching responsibilities in head and neck surgery
Convenient hospital facility layout, with the OR, clinic, and inpatient floors in close proximity to support collaboration with head and neck surgery partners
Well-rounded head and neck surgery partner team, including general head and neck surgeons and subspecialists (neurotology, laryngology, rhinology, facial plastics, gender-affirming care, cancer surgery)

The annual salary for this position is $379,500 - $462,800 prorated to $341,550 - $416,520 for the 4-day work week. The salary range considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
