South Brooklyn Health is a redesigned health care campus featuring the new 11-floor Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital which provides emergency care, modern labor and delivery suites, and state-of-the-art surgical services. The new Health & Wellness Institute offers outpatient services from primary and preventive care, to specialty services for children and adults, all designed to keep our community healthy. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine to maintain its high standards of healthcare delivery. Opportunity Details Provide comprehensive Otolaryngology (ENT) care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Participate in dedicated OR block time, including robotic surgical procedures. Conduct outpatient clinic sessions and manage continuity of care. Perform inpatient rounds and respond to emergency room consults, as needed. Educate and mentor surgical residents and medical students in an academic environment. Participate in a shared call schedule. Qualifications Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology New York Medical License Wages and Benefits include Annual Base Salary: $204,000* (board eligible); $210,000* (board certified) based on 24-hour work week. The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $248,400** (board eligible) and $255,000** (board certified) , which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below: Projected bonus of up to $24,000 (based on previous year's average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets. 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits) Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement. Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days. Medical , Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top-tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates. Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Coverage: Equal to 2x your salary (up to a maximum of $300,000) provided at no cost to you. Loan Forgiveness: Position may be eligible for loan forgiveness through certain state or federal programs.
