The successful candidate should have an interest in contributing to a strong clinical program in Otolaryngology with expertise in in pediatric care and have demonstrated the potential for supporting team members and family/patient focused care. 100% clinical pediatric practice with academic opportunities, if interested, through local school of medicine in the department of Pediatrics, Surgery and Physicians Assistant programs. Developing a subspecialty niche depending on the physician's interests will be encouraged. Airway surgery, hearing loss and/or a cochlear implantation, head and neck are all potential areas of development given a physician's defined interest. The support and multidisciplinary care approach is in our care network. Leadership opportunities in clinical care, education and advocacy are available.
