We are a physician-led practice providing comprehensive ENT and facial plastic surgery services to patients throughout Anne Arundel County and the surrounding communities. This is an excellent opportunity for an Otolaryngologist who is looking to join an established practice with a collaborative physician team, experienced clinical staff, and strong operational support. Position Highlights Full-time General Otolaryngology position Established patient base with opportunity for continued growth Collaborative physician environment Experienced clinical and administrative support staff Comprehensive ENT services for adult and pediatric patients Access to affiliated hospital facilities and surgical opportunities Opportunity to perform both office-based and surgical procedures Competitive compensation and benefits package Professional autonomy with strong practice support Convenient Anne Arundel County locations Responsibilities The Otolaryngologist will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of patients with a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, including: General adult and pediatric ENT care Evaluation and treatment of sinus and nasal disorders Otologic and hearing-related conditions Tonsil and adenoid disorders Voice and swallowing disorders Thyroid and neck conditions Allergy-related ENT conditions Office-based procedures Surgical procedures as appropriate to the physician's training and interests Collaboration with audiology and other members of the clinical team Timely and thorough clinical documentation and patient communication Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency Board eligible or board certified in Otolaryngology Eligible for Maryland medical licensure Eligible for hospital privileges Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care Why Join Us?
