Requirements- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Completion of an accredited Fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery (Total Joint).
- Active/Unrestricted Medical License in Florida (or ability to obtain one).
- 5-7 years Residency Training Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
- Licensed Physician Required
