Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Flex Spending Accounts Flexible Schedules Annual Continuing Medical Education Stipend 403(b) with Company Contribution Program 457 Savings Plan Role responsibilities What you'll do as a Hand Orthopedic Surgeon Provide expert evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for foot and ankle conditions, including trauma, sports injuries, deformities, arthritis, and complex reconstructive needs. Perform foot and ankle surgeries, including arthroscopy, fracture management, tendon/ligament repair, ankle replacement, and minimally invasive procedures. Develop individualized treatment plans that may include surgical and nonsurgical approaches. Interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and ultrasound. Collaborate with orthopedic partners, physical therapists, podiatrists, and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
