fellowship-trained Orthopedic Shoulder Surgeon to join a high-demand, community-based orthopedic program within a leading integrated health system in the Rochester, NY region.
This is a
true subspecialty shoulder opportunity with immediate surgical volume, strong regional referral demand, and
priority access to OR block time and ambulatory surgery centers. The practice is structured to support a
shoulder-dominant surgical focus with high procedural efficiency and long-term clinical growth potential.

Practice ModelThis role offers the ability to build a
high-performance shoulder practice within a community-based setting backed by a large integrated system. Candidates will benefit from:

Candidate Profile- Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Shoulder & Elbow Surgery strongly preferred
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Expertise in shoulder arthroscopy, arthroplasty, and complex reconstruction
- Interest in high-volume subspecialty practice development
- Eligible for NYS medical licensure

EDUCATION: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: - Physician - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
PAY RANGE: $500,000.00 - $700,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date , relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
