Our new surgeon should anticipate the opportunity to build an elective general orthopedics practice with a specialized focus on general and total hip and knee procedures, and be comfortable with community trauma. You will deliver comprehensive orthopedic care, with a specialized focus on general procedures, diagnosing, treating, and managing musculoskeletal conditions for diverse patient needs. Perform advanced surgical procedures with expertise in a wide range of orthopedic surgeries with a specialized focus on general and total hip and knee procedures. Diagnose, treat, and manage a comprehensive array of musculoskeletal conditions. Ensure patient-centered care through empathetic communication, clear treatment explanations, and prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, referring physicians, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure seamless and integrated care pathways. Maintaining clinical excellence by adhering to best practices and upholding accurate medical documentation.
