Fellowship training encouraged but not a requirement. This surgeon would have a dedicated OR trauma room for urgent and "cold trauma' cases. There would also be time allotted for elective trauma reconstructive practice. There are separate call schedules for Spine and Hand. The practice covers one centrally located ER.
