Performing advanced surgical procedures, demonstrating expertise in a wide range of general orthopedic surgeries. Diagnosing, treating, and managing a comprehensive array of conditions for diverse patient needs. Ensuring patient-centered care through empathetic communication, clear treatment explanations, and prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction. Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, referring physicians, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure seamless and integrated care. Maintaining clinical excellence by adhering to best practices, robustly participating in the 1-in-7 call rotation, and upholding accurate medical documentation.
