Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon with fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma to join our growing program in Camden County, New Jersey.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-volume, multidisciplinary orthopedic program while practicing within the academic environment of Thomas Jefferson University and collaborating with nationally recognized orthopedic specialists.

Meaningful Operative Volume
The opportunity includes approximately 320 operative cases annually, providing a strong surgical volume and exposure to a diverse range of orthopedic trauma.
Complex Trauma & Multidisciplinary Care

• Work collaboratively across trauma, orthopedics, anesthesia and critical care to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex musculoskeletal injuries.

Compensation
$560,000–$700,000 annual salary
The position also offers a comprehensive benefits package and academic opportunities through Sidney Kimmel Medical College.
Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery preferred

• Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania

• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered orthopedic trauma care

• Strong interest in multidisciplinary and academic medicine
