Required Qualifications
- *MD or DO degree
- *Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- *Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- *Oregon medical license and DEA registration, or ability to obtain prior to start
- *Current BLS certification
