Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the areas of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Qualifications: Applicants must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible to obtain state medical license. Successful candidate must have completed Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program, as well as specialty fellowship program. Successful candidates must be board certified/eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment. This group functions as a 'Regional Team' and the successful candidate could be expected to practice at all locations as needed: Wheeling Hospital, Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Wetzel County Hospital, Barnesville Hospital, Harrison Community Hospital and all associated North Region Ambulatory clinics. The WVU Health System Medical Group (SMG) formed in 2021 and has since grown to 900 physicians and advanced practice providers.
