As a full-time or part-time OB/GYN Physician, you will join the growing team at Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican in Santa Cruz, CA, moving beyond the traditional clinical experience to a practice rooted in advocacy, clinical excellence, and deep community partnership.
You will have varied schedule options, including part-time clinic-based, part-time full-scope clinic and hospital-based, full-time hospital-based, or full-time full-scope clinic and hospital-based positions. You will enjoy a shared call of 1:6 plus a backup call panel, and work alongside a team of established Physicians and Certified Nurse Midwives. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital, a leading regional medical center providing compassionate, high-quality care with a modern, well-equipped birthing center, approximately 700-800 deliveries annually, access to a Level III NICU, 24/7 anesthesia coverage, and a dedicated OB ED.
