The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a fulltime board certified or board eligible OBGYN Laborist to support the New York-Presbyterian Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns. The position will hold a rank of Assistant Professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology. Under the direction of the Chair and Director of Labor and Delivery, the laborist will: Provide in-house obstetrical physician coverage and provide clinical oversight for the patients on the labor floor. Cover and supervise the care for antepartum and postpartum inpatients. Cover and supervise gynecologic consults, including those requiring surgical management. Serve as the Attending for Physician Assistants. Participate in continuing medical education and department quality initiatives. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus excellent benefits, relocation assistance, and professional development opportunities are part of this nationally and locally competitive compensation package. Base Salary Range: $ 325,000 - 350,000 *Weill Cornell Medicine provides the above salary range in compliance with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements.
