POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Lead a team of 4 physicians, 1 Advanced Practitioners and 13 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), all committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care. As the only OBGYN service in Franklin County, we perform approximately 450 births annually in our 93-bed community hospital. Our CNMs manage vaginal births and assist with C-sections, while our physicians focus on complex OB consultations, GYN ambulatory care, and GYN surgical procedures. Notably, we maintain one of the lowest C-section rates in Massachusetts. Community and Care: We serve a diverse clientele, including LGBTQ+ individuals and underserved families. Qualifications: ABMS BC in Ob/Gyn. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with evidence of progressive management responsibilities and leadership in an academic department.
