Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation ($400,000 - $500,000 + DOE) $100,000 Sign-On bonus RVU bonus opportunities Relocation assistance available Education assistance available Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 457(b) retirement plan with employer match Company-paid Short- and Long-Term Disability CME allowance Malpractice coverage with tail PTO Accrual Position Overview As an OB/GYN at MDH, you will provide full-spectrum women's healthcare services, including: Annual wellness exams and preventive screenings Diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic conditions and infections Contraceptive counseling and fertility guidance Prenatal and postnatal care Labor and delivery services Gynecologic surgical procedures Evaluation, treatment, referral, or admission of patients as clinically appropriate You will collaborate closely with clinic staff, MDH medical staff, and hospital leadership to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. Qualifications M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency.
