Position Highlights Consultation-Based Practice: Primarily outpatient consultative care with home call coverage. Flexibility & Autonomy: The incoming MFM will have the ability to tailor the practice structure to their preferred mix of consults, procedures, or hospital involvement. Additional Income Opportunity: Option to take unattended hospital call, offering potential for substantial supplemental income (approx. $20,000/month). Established Referral Network: Strong existing relationships with referring OB/GYNs across the region, with potential for continued growth. Excellent Support Team: Experienced MFM sonographers and dedicated office staff provide seamless clinical and administrative support. Collaborative Environment: Access to regional pediatric subspecialists including cardiology, neonatology, pediatric surgery, neurosurgery, and urology.
