Unrestricted Texas Medical license (must obtain prior to being granted privileges). Unrestricted DEA. Must have successfully completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Medical Association (AMA) approved for Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program and Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship program. Board certified/board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine. American Heart Association BLS.
