Our hospital covers an extensive patient population of nearly 500,000 lives and is the regional leader for obstetrics and infant care. High Birth Volume : Handle 220-270 births per month, with laborists managing 30-50 cases and Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) delivering about 10% of those. Focused Shift Work : Enjoy 24-hour shifts dedicated solely to L&D and the OB Emergency Department (OB ED), with no responsibilities for the general floor, GYN, or main ED. State-of-the-Art Facilities : Work in two dedicated ORs on L&D, with access to main OR rooms if needed. 24/7 Support : Benefit from in-house anesthesia and neonatology, with Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) available virtually around the clock.
