These opportunities offers full-scope OB/GYN care with a practice model intentionally designed to support excellent patient care, team-based coverage, and a sustainable work-life balance. The on-call physician is responsible for all inpatient OB/GYN care during the 24-hour call period. Technology & Ancillary Services Office-Based Resources Non-stress testing (NST) Colposcopy Ultrasound Robust Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) collaboration, including ultrasound reads and high-risk consults Hospital-Based Resources DaVinci robotic surgical system 24-hour in-house anesthesia Advanced critical care and interventional radiology support Level III NICU with strong neonatal and maternal support Robust Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) collaboration, including ultrasound reads and high-risk consults Candidate Qualifications Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Eligible for Virginia medical licensure and DEA certification Open to experienced physicians and recent residency graduates Team-oriented, collaborative approach to care Passion for women's health and interest in building long-term community relationships The base compensation range for this role is $356,790 - $484,770 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status. Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education.
