Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) AAGL Fellowship Trained Perform surgeries using minimally invasive techniques. Diagnose and treat a variety of gynecological conditions, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Participate in teaching, research, and potentially leadership roles within their division. Qualifications: AAGL Fellowship Trained Key Responsibilities Performing Minimally Invasive Surgeries Performs procedures such as laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and robotic-assisted surgeries. Diagnosing and Treating Gynecological Conditions Treats/Consults for conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic pain, and other complex gynecological issues. Collaborating with Teams Collaborates closely with other healthcare professionals i.e. anesthesiologists, nurses, and other surgeons. Teaching and Research Mentor and teach junior staff and residents, participate in academic activities (lectures, curriculum development), and conduct research to advance the field. Continuing Education Keep abreast of the latest advancements in minimally invasive Gynecologic surgical techniques.
