Laborists practice within a highly collaborative coverage model designed to support both patient safety and physician satisfaction. At all times, physicians have access to Dedicated laborist physician coverage Certified Nurse Midwife coverage Private attending physician support One to two additional providers available for backup coverage 24 hours a day Our physicians are never practicing in isolation and benefit from a team-based approach that promotes collaboration during routine care, high-volume periods, and obstetric emergencies.
