Stamford Hospital is a 305-bed, not-for-profit community teaching hospital affiliated with Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. The incoming nocturnist will provide supervision, consultation, and teaching to residents in the Department of Medicine and Family Practice. The nocturnist will also provide medical consultation as necessary for surgery and OB/GYN residents and will provide emergency inpatient coverage of medical patients on the non-teaching medical service.
