Join our team! All staff physicians at our hospitalist section work collaboratively within Medicine Service and with other departments to support our organization's mission and goals. Key Responsibilities Provide quality, patient-centered care for adult inpatients Collaborate with other providers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver and improve patient care Supervise and support physician assistants and nurse practitioners Participate in hospital committees and programs to enhance patient services Complete timely documentation and ensure high standards of care Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows (if assigned teaching roles) Support and engage in clinical research (if applicable) We are looking for team players who are dedicated to clinical excellence and professional growth. Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases Salary: $220,000-$315,000 Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of annual paid time offer per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME) Retirement : Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and TSP with up to 5% in contributions by V.A.
