The program emphasizes a collaborative model, integrating surgical, interventional, and medication-based pain management approaches. Position Details Full-time role in a spine-focused practice (~90% spine cases) 1:4 call rotation (approximately 7 days per month) Exposure to complex spine surgery in a high-volume center Support from RNFAs (first assist) and robust APC structure Multidisciplinary care model including interventional and medication pain management Access to advanced technology including Stealth navigation and Globus robotic systems 24/7 in-house support from trauma, intensivist, and hospitalist teams Compensation & Benefits Compensation is between $815,160 and $1,083,616 per year Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Loan repayment options The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
